DGI Coaching was created for people who find themselves in transition — between roles, identities, countries, careers, or ways of living.
Often, nothing is “wrong” from the outside.
Yet inside, something feels narrow, repetitive, or unclear.
My work is about creating clarity, direction, and inner freedom when life feels “in between”.

I work with people who think deeply, feel a lot, and often carry strong expectations — from themselves, from others, or from society.
Together, we explore attachment in a broad sense:

Over the years, I have explored values-based work, self-determination, dialogue practices, and identity-oriented coaching — always with a strong focus on practical application and lived experience.
